Using EasyHwk

EasyHwk provides AI-assisted problem solving, tutoring, writing and study tools. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. The service is for users aged 13 and older. Obtain parent or guardian permission where required by local law.

Your account

Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity you authorize. Contact support_solva@jzku.eu.org if you believe your account has been compromised.

Learning and AI results

AI answers can be incomplete or incorrect. Check important results against reliable sources and follow your school’s rules on academic integrity. The service supports learning and does not guarantee grades or exam outcomes. Do not rely on it for medical, legal, financial or other professional decisions.

Your content and acceptable use

You retain your rights to content you submit. You authorize us and the service providers needed to process, transmit and store that content to provide the features you request. Only upload content you have the right to use. Do not upload unlawful material, expose other people’s private information, harass others, disrupt the service, bypass access controls, or abuse points and reward systems.

Points, ads and purchases

Free allowances, reward amounts and available features are shown in the app and may change. Points are for in-app use and cannot be transferred, withdrawn or exchanged for money. Rewarded ads are optional and depend on availability; points are granted after server verification. Where purchases are offered, the app displays the applicable price and points before purchase. App Store purchases and refund requests follow Apple’s applicable rules and local consumer law. Deleting your account removes its remaining points and does not automatically request a store refund.

Deleting your account

In Me → Delete account, confirm your current password to immediately and permanently delete your account and associated active records. There is no recovery period. You can also request deletion at support_solva@jzku.eu.org; we verify ownership before acting. See the Privacy Policy for the scope of deletion, local copies and provider or backup retention.

Availability and responsibility

We work to keep EasyHwk available, but features may be interrupted, changed or discontinued. To the extent allowed by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee that all results will be accurate or uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.

内容与使用规则

你保留提交内容的权利，同时授权我们及必要服务商处理、传输和保存这些内容，以提供你请求的功能。请仅上传你有权使用的内容。不得上传违法内容、泄露他人隐私、骚扰他人、干扰服务、绕过访问控制或滥用点数与奖励系统。

点数、广告与购买

免费额度、奖励数量及可用功能以应用内显示为准，可能调整。点数仅供应用内使用，不可转让、提现或兑换现金。激励广告可自愿选择，其可用性不作保证，奖励在服务端验证后到账。提供购买时，应用会在购买前显示价格和点数。App Store 购买和退款适用 Apple 的规则及当地消费者法律。删除账户会清除剩余点数，但不会自动向商店申请退款。

删除账户

在“我的 → 删除账户”中确认当前密码后，即可立即永久删除账户及关联的正在使用的数据，没有恢复期。也可向 support_solva@jzku.eu.org 申请删除，我们会先核实账户归属。删除范围、本地副本以及服务商或备份的保存情况见隐私政策。

可用性与责任

我们努力保持服务可用，但功能可能中断、调整或停止。在适用法律允许的范围内，服务按可用状态提供，不保证所有结果准确或服务持续不中断。本协议不排除或限制法律不允许排除的权利及救济，包括适用的消费者权利。

更新与支持

服务变化时，我们可能更新本协议并修改上方日期。问题、投诉或支持请求请发送至 support_solva@jzku.eu.org。
